Through menopause, I have researched and studied a great deal about Natural Foods. Not only have I overcome years of IBS (which doctors treated with medication), I have stopped getting sick with colds, feeling lethargic and I have lost 25 lbs.
As I taught my family my new findings, they too gained similar results.
